Returns and Exchanges

If your purchase does not satisfy you or you want to make an exchange, you can contact us by e-mail at elisabetta@maison-cherie.it specifying:

• Name and surname
• A telephone number
• The order identification number
• The article code of the garment you want to return or exchange
• The reasons for the return or exchange
• If you want to replace the product or get a refund

You will be given the address to which the goods should be sent: the return or exchange shipping costs are to be payed by the buyer.

You can return or exchange one or more products within 14 days from the date you received the package. Make sure the products are in the same condition in which you received them, with an identification tag and seal. Prepare the properly sealed package before collection.

Maison Cherie reserves the right to refuse returns / exchanges communicated or sent back late, or returns / exchanges of items that are not in the same condition in which you received them.
