Shipping

All orders for the European Union will be shipped with Bartolini courier (Brt) while the international service is managed by Fedex, which operates all over the world.

Orders are normally processed within 48/72 hours.

Only in exceptional cases (for example during sales) processing the orders may take 4/5 working days after the order date.

On average, Brt takes 2-4 days for delivery throughout Europe, except for courier delays due to external causes (for example Covid).

A tracking code will be provided with the order confirmation email in order to track the shipment.
